I'm unsatisfied with my design. Can I request for a refund?

We want to make sure you are fully satisfied with our services. If there is any dissatisfaction or dispute arising from your order, please drop us an email with your order number or contact us here . We will refund accordingly on a case-by-case basis if the dispute is legitimate.

The designer has not responded! What should I do?

If your designer has not responded if after the stipulated turnaround time, kindly drop us an email or give us a call and we will assist you accordingly.

How do I contact the designer?

For the design or service you are purchasing, there is a link to "Contact Ninja" where you can contact the respective Ninja via our built-in chat system.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply look for the design/service that you require, and fill in the technical details of the artwork that you require (such as size, color, etc), then add it to your cart. The Ninja will receive the order after payment has been made. For more information, please refer here.

I'm not sure which services are right for me. What should I do?

Please drop us an email with your requests or contact us here and we will assist you accordingly.

What is the turnaround time?

Our default turnaround time is the next working day. However, if you require the artwork urgently, there is an option for the artwork to be ready within 4 working hours at additional charges.

What happens after payment is made?

After payment is made, our Ninjas will get to work on your design. You will receive an email to download your artwork once it's ready.

What modes of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept credit card payments via PayPal.

I need an official invoice. What should I do?

Kindly indicate under your remarks that you require an official invoice for company purposes. If your order has already been completed, you can drop us an here with your order number to request for an official invoice.

Who owns the rights to the finished design?

The customer will own all the rights to the final design.

What happens if I ordered on Ninja Designer but realize that I no longer need the service? Is there a refund?

If you have already placed the order and realized that you don't need it, kindly contact us and we will contact the designer to see if they have started on your artwork. If the designer has already completed the artwork, we will be unable to process a refund.

How long does the refund process take?

The refund process for PayPal takes about 1-2 weeks. Once the refund is done, you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.

Will my files be kept private and confidential? Is my personal information safe?

Any files that you upload and information that you enter will never be used or shared to external parties for any purpose unless it is with your explicit permission. Rest assured that your files and personal information are safe with us.

Do I pay the designer directly?

The money you paid goes to Botak Sign Pte Ltd directly. We then pay the designer after deducting an admin fee.

What is the resolution of the final file given?

By default, the files will be in 300dpi in CMYK format. Please remark accordingly if you require your file to be in a different resolution.

Once your application has been approved, you will receive a link to the Ninja designer's portal as well as your temporary login details.

Why is there a transaction fee?

The transaction fee covers the administration and overall managing costs of the portal. We aim to bring you an accessible and efficient platform that bridges the designers and clients who require graphic services.

How does it work?
